Support Documents – Maintenance and Cleaning

Before each use scrape clean any remaining grease drippings from the diffuser tray. This will eliminate potential grease flare-ups and unpleasant flavors due to commingling of smoke vapors from past cooking’s.

Periodically clean the Kettle Base, Ring Assembly interior, and Pellet Chute of any excess grease drippings and vacuum any residual ash from the firepot receptacle.

It is recommended to let the fan continue to run for 10 to 15 minutes after the cooking session is completed to cool down the Stoven prior to storage or transporting.

Only mild dish soap and soft non-abrasive cleaning sponges should be used to clean the exterior of the Stoven.
